Reservation terms

• Reservation only. The deposit reserves a build slot. It is not a purchase contract and does not lock a final price or specification.
• Held separately. Deposits are held in a separate DXR deposit/trust account and are not used for operations.
• Fully refundable on request, less payment-processing costs, at any time before you sign a purchase agreement.
• Prices are estimates and subject to change. Taxes, delivery and options extra.
• Off-highway use only. DXR E-Baja vehicles are not intended for use on public roads.

Full reservation terms will be provided before any deposit is taken.
